David believes in listening to his patient’s concerns and needs, formulating an approach together and providing care in a gentle and unrushed manner with meticulous attention to detail.

For over 10 years at My Family Dentist, David has helped young children with their introduction to dentistry, assisted anxious patients regain confidence and trust in dental treatment and been privileged to serve the Bayside community with their oral health maintenance.

David graduated from the University of Queensland with Honours in 2006. He is experienced with all aspects of general dentistry and in particular, managing anxious adults and children with their dental needs.

David has a young family who enjoys adventures in the great outdoors. Outside of the practice, you’ll most likely find David camping somewhere in the beautiful mountains of New Zealand.

Dr Bridget Cleary grew up close to the Bayside and has a natural affection for the area. After graduating from Griffith University in 2010, she practiced for several years west of Brisbane and in 2014 returned to the Bayside joining the team at My Family Dentist.

Dr Bridget aims to provide comprehensive treatment planning with attention to detail for her patients, whilst maintaining an emphasis on conservative and preventative dentistry. Dr Bridget practices a wide range of dentistry including endodontics, crown and bridge work, restoring implants and treatment for children.

Since graduating, Dr Bridget commits to ongoing education by regularly attending dental courses so she can deliver a consistently high standard of dentistry to her patients. Additionally, Dr Bridget also participates in community dental health education and particularly enjoys teaching toddlers and children about the importance of good dental care.

Away from the practice Dr Bridget loves all aspects of Bayside living.

All it took was a day of observing his childhood Dentist, and Anthony was inspired. With a passion for helping others, Anthony enrolled in Griffith University to complete his Dental degree, where he graduated with Academic Excellence.

Anthony is known for his friendly chairside manner and gentle approach. He is committed to changing the stereotypes of daunting experiences at the dentist. Anthony’s passion also extends to Cosmetic Dentistry, particularly in restoring his patient’s confidence with smile makeovers. In 2017, he was awarded the iDiG Dental Excellence in Reconstructive Technology Award (Cosmetic Smile Reconstruction).

Outside of work, Anthony is an avid North Queensland Cowboys supporter. He enjoys staying active in the gym and exploring trendy cafes throughout Brisbane.

Dr Andrea graduated from James Cook University in Cairns with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2015 and has since been providing quality dental care to patients in the Bayside region.

Andrea prides herself on her gentle-natured approach and her thoroughness in explaining treatment options to achieve the best results for her patients. She enjoys all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry, as well as working with children. She is passionate about educating and promoting oral health to improve treatment outcomes for patients of all ages.
